Handling hamsters

When you first get your hamster dont handle it for about 2 days because the hamster has to get used to its new surroundings, but after 2 days you must slowly introduce your hand into the hamsters cage and when it is used to your scent you may pick it up. When picking it up cup your hands around your hamster. Do not squeeze your hamster as it will bite. When your hamster is used to you you should handle it regually to build up a relationship
